The servo electric cylinder is top mounted and connected to the spokes force sensor, with high measurement accuracy, good linearity and good lateral resistance performance. At the same time, the servo electric cylinder can measure mandrel displacement in the vertical direction without connecting additional displacement. The mandrel is designed with T-slot structure, convenient to replace and align to center.The horizontal supporting rollers are arranged symmetrically left and right, and the left and right ball screws are driven by the servo motor through the coaxial drive, so as to realize the two side supporting rollers moving in the horizontal direction. During the test, click the "Adjust span" button on the software and enter the target span value and click "confirm". The span positioning can be completed automatically with simple operation and high positioning accuracy. The roller base isconnected to the frame of the main engine by a linear guide rail, which has high guiding precision.
